About Us

Growing Generations was established in Hugo, Minnesota in 2016. As a privately owned and operated Early Childcare Center, we take pride in offering premier early childcare service to our families. The ownership team has over 30 years of experience within the care field and we have a passion for providing high quality care for our families.

Unique to Growing Generations is our large muscle space and gym so we have the opportunity for year round large muscle activities. We have a secured entry with biometric scanner, this allows us to make sure our facility is safe and secure for all children in our care. The use of our advanced parent communication tool, Tadpoles, gives our parents to stay connected and up to date on their child’s day. We have the largest outdoor play area with over 5,000 square feet for outdoor fun. We have an in house video system for parents to be able to check on their children after drop off and before pick up. This gives our parents the opportunity to see how their children transition each day as well as watch them use their social development skills with their peers.

We are proud to be able to offer so many unique things to our families along with the highest quality of care and learning. Growing Generations is honored to provide your family with the premier care it deserves and cannot wait to join you in the growth and success of your child’s future.

My part time afterschool job at 16 turned into a lifelong passion for children and childcare. I have worked in the childcare field for over 17 years and love it more and more each day! I have held many positions over the years from teaching to management.
I have lived in Minnesota my entire life and am excited to raise my children as true Minnesotans as well. I have two wonderful little girls of my own and 5 amazing step children. As a family we love to be outdoors for all seasons, spend weekends in front of the campfire or inside with a great family movie, and watching our children participate in their many extra-curricular activities.

I love being a part of Growing Generations and all that we have to offer.

I always knew that I had a passion for teaching, and working in childcare only confirmed my career path. I have over 8 years of experience in childcare and have worked in a variety of classrooms. Working at Growing Generations has been a dream come true and I love the relationships I have built with our families.
With my spare time I enjoy going to my cabin in Northeast Wisconsin where I go on the pontoon around the lake, fish, and snowmobile in the winter. I also enjoy exploring the Twin Cities area and eating at new restaurants.

My love for children came at a young age and is still going strong. I grew up always knowing that one day I would be working with children in a healthcare or educational setting. My heart and compassion for our youth is ever growing and I couldn’t be more thankful to have established my career with Growing Generations. I take great pride in watching them grow, develop and absolutely cherish watching them achieve their milestones. I absolutely love my job and wouldn’t trade it for anything.
